Tour - Huatulco Discovery
Begin this journey with a stop for some breathtaking views of the Bay of Tangolunda, the popular resort area. From there you will visit the downtown of La Crucecita, the Zocalo (central park), and the beautiful church dedicated to the Virgin of Guadalupe, where you will see the world's largest painting of the Virgin. Proceed to the marina of Santa Cruz and board a catamaran to enjoy one of the highlights of Huatulco—its wonderful shoreline, composed of several small bays with more than 36 beaches scattered between cliffs and mountains. While leaving the Santa Cruz Bay you will pass the historical Entrega Beach and head eastward to see the Bay of Chahué with its 3 beautiful beaches and a marina for private sailboats and yachts. From there you will go to La Bufadora (the blowhole) and take a closer look from the ocean of this natural feature. The trip will continue to the secluded Bay of Organo and the more commercial Bay of Maguey, where you will have free time to swim, snorkel, or have lunch at one of the several restaurants located on it. Upon your return, you will look back upon an unforgettable experience during your stay in Huatulco. Tour - Magic Waterfalls, Coffee Plantation, and Butterflies Tour
This tour explores Oaxaca's beautiful Sierra region, home of one of Mexico's richest coffees and a large variety of tropical flora. En route to the Finca (or plantation) you will enjoy breathtaking views, and will pass Santa Maria Xadani, a quaint little village, almost untouched by the modern world for more than 400 years, and dominated by an old colonial Spanish church. Later, you will arrive at the Magic Waterfalls of Llano Grande, a truly magical place. The clear waters of the Copalita River have molded these beautiful waterfalls and where you can take a fun-filled swim at the base of one of the many Magic Waterfalls. Continuing on, you will arrive at a rustic coffee plantation house. Here, you are a welcomed guest of the family of La Gloria and their coffee plantation is yours to explore. You will have the opportunity to learn all about the amazing organic coffee, before tasting it yourself. Located on the same premises you will find a butterfly sanctuary created for conservation The open-air sanctuary was built recently and houses more than 50 species of butterflies and a large variety of plants typical for the region. Tour - Puerto Angel, Mazunte, and Zipolite Beach
As a large number of marine turtles swim to the Oaxaca shores to lay their eggs every year, Mazunte was chosen in 1991 as the site for the Mexican Turtle Centre. This laboratory and aquarium is dedicated to the study, protection, and preservation of sea turtles. On this tour, your first stop will be to visit a small, cottage industry and cosmetics factory, set up in Mexico by The Body Shop which is now exporting their products around the world. Here you may buy facial masks, creams, shampoo, soaps and oils, prepared only with natural ingredients. You may also buy handcrafts made by the children with disabilities of Pina Palmera, a children's shelter that was built in 1986 for children with disabilities. The next stop will be at the Mexican Turtle Center in Mazunte where you can see and learn about some of the world's endangered species of turtles. Next, a scenic drive will bring you to Zipolite Beach for a great sightseeing opportunity. From there you will continue to pass through the heart of Puerto Angel, a peaceful and laid-back fishing village situated in hilly terrain on the Oaxaca coast. Here you will have time enjoy a delicious lunch or snack at the famous Cordelia's restaurant and spend the rest of the day relaxing on the beach.
